Amanda Bloom is the Director of Operations & Compliance at Global Citizens Public Charter School. As a former classroom teacher, Amanda is rooted and grounded in ensuring all students have access to both an equitable and excellent education. After teaching, Amanda transitioned to administration serving as the School Counselor and Dean of Instruction at Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys PCS. Amanda then transitioned into school operations at Statesmen and served as the Director of Operations.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Bloomsburg University, her Master’s degree in School Counseling from Wake Forest University, and her Post Master’s Certificate in School Leadership and Administration from George Washington University.

Amanda is a proud dog owner to her 4-year-old pup Dory, is a strong believer in Sunday brunch and thrilled to join the Global Citizens family!
